We are proud that all of our bingo clubs have each been awarded the International Sword of Honour by the British Safety Council. This recognition is only awarded to organisations which demonstrate sustained excellence in the management of health and safety risks.

Companies which are invited to compete for the highest accolade must first achieve five stars in the British Safety Council’s Health and Safety Management awards. Our clubs have demonstrated to independent experts both excellence and commitment to continuous improvement throughout their operations.

The Chief Executive of the British Safety Council said “On behalf of the British Safety Council, I would like to congratulate Castle Leisure and their team for their huge commitment to keeping their workplace safe and healthy in their day-to-day activities. All Sword of Honour winning organisations share a commitment and resolve in achieving the highest standards of health and safety management. We are delighted that Castle Leisure are partners in helping achieve our vision that no one should be injured or made ill at work and leisure”.

Castle Leisure is proud to be the only bingo company in the world to have attained a Sword of Honour at every one of our clubs. This reflects the great work and commitment demonstrated by our teams in ensuring that the highest standards of occupational health and safety are developed, maintained and exceeded. I congratulate all of our colleagues across all eleven clubs for their commitment to our members’ welfare and in delivering our mission of excellence.
